Is the website really $497?
Yes. The four-page, template-based website build is $497 one-time, customized for your shop with the features listed above. Payment is a $248.50 deposit and $248.50 before launch. Extra work outside that scope is discussed and agreed separately.
Are there required monthly fees?
No GiusMastery monthly plan is required. Website Care is optional at $47/month. If you skip it, you arrange and pay for your own hosting, domain and maintenance. Domain registration and business email are separate either way.
What does Website Care include?
Managed hosting, SSL management, availability monitoring, backups or recovery procedures, basic security monitoring, minor bug fixes within the care scope, one small content update monthly and email support. Domain registration, business email hosting, major redesigns and advanced SEO are excluded.
How long does delivery take?
We target 3–5 business days after receiving all required materials, subject to capacity. We'll confirm timing with you before starting. Missing details, additional requests and review delays can affect the schedule.
Who owns the website?
You own the completed website after full payment, subject to any third-party licenses. Choosing Website Care is optional and does not change that ownership.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. We can help connect a domain you already own. You keep control of the domain account. Domain registration and renewal charges are not included in the website build or Website Care.
What information do you need?
Your business name, logo if you have one, services, phone number, email, address, opening hours, a short shop story and any photos you have permission to use. We'll also need the necessary domain and hosting access at launch, handled through an agreed secure method.
Can I request changes?
Yes. One revision round is included before launch. Send your feedback together so we can make the agreed changes. Additional pages, major design changes or work beyond the listed scope are quoted separately.
What happens after launch?
We help you launch, then you choose how to maintain the site. You can manage it yourself or choose the optional $47/month Website Care plan for the listed hosting, upkeep and support. Any work outside that scope is agreed separately.
